The exact percentage is set based on campaign size, complexity, and the number of platforms in scope. Finalised after the strategy call and locked in writing before any agreement is signed.
Paid ads, performance-only.
Add-ons priced separately.
Paid media is the flagship. We charge a percentage of campaign-attributed revenue, nothing else. If you also want social management or content direction, those are sold as add-on services on a monthly retainer scoped to the work.
Paid ads
Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube. Full account takeover, structure rebuild, pixel + CAPI verification, creative testing in two-week sprints, ongoing optimization.
- Existing campaigns paused at kickoff so attribution stays clean.
- Operator-level access; your Business Manager keeps ownership.
- Meta Pixel + CAPI, TikTok Pixel, Google + YouTube tracking verified end to end.
- Two-week creative testing cycles; weekly Monday memo covering what ran, what worked, what didn't.
- Monthly invoice pulls from the same Meta / TikTok / Shopify reports you can see yourself.
- If campaigns don't earn, we don't invoice.
One number on the invoice.
Performance-only.
A percentage of revenue attributed to the campaigns we build and run on your account. The exact number falls inside a 10 to 22% range, set after the strategy call based on campaign size and complexity. No retainer, no setup fee, no management fee, no spend markup.
What sets the percentage.
- Campaign size
Larger ad budgets and broader scope (multiple platforms, multiple geos, multiple product lines) sit at the lower end of the range. Smaller, focused engagements sit higher.
- Complexity
Single-platform Meta-only is at the lower end. Full Meta + TikTok + Google + YouTube takeover with multiple creative tracks running concurrently is at the higher end.
- What's already built
If pixel, CAPI, catalog and feeds are already clean, ramp is fast and the percentage trends lower. If everything needs to be rebuilt from scratch, more work, higher end.
Two add-ons.
Monthly retainer, scoped to the work.
Social management and content direction are sold as add-on services on top of paid ads, or standalone for brands that already have an ads agency they trust. Pricing is a monthly fee scoped to the work, quoted on the strategy call.
Social media management
Feed posts, Stories, Reels, captions, scheduling and community on Instagram and TikTok. Stays on-brand with the creative running through paid so the two reinforce each other.
- Weekly publishing cadence, caption writing, hashtag strategy.
- Stories and Reels production calendar tied to the paid concept review.
- Community management: comments, DMs, and engagement on owned content.
- Reporting tied to growth and engagement metrics, not vanity scoreboards.
Content direction
Shot lists, ad scripts, hook variations, creative briefs. You film, or your UGC creators do. We tell you exactly what to shoot and why. No wasted shoot days, no creative drift.
- One concept review per month: what's tired, what's working, what's next.
- Hook variations written for each new ad batch: five to ten per concept.
- UGC creator briefing and direction when you don't have an in-house team.
- Founder camera-coaching session available on request.
Add-ons are priced as a monthly fee, not a percentage. The number depends on scope (how many platforms for social, how many concepts per month for content direction), volume of deliverables, and whether you have an in-house creative team we’re briefing or whether we’re directing UGC creators directly. We quote one number after the strategy call and lock it in writing before any work starts.
The fewer things on the menu, the better each one gets.
If a brand needs one of these, we’ll say so upfront and point you somewhere good. Faking competence in adjacent lanes isn’t a service.
