Every engagement follows the same arc. The audit is free. The workshop locks the next 60 days of creative direction. The first campaigns are live by week two. After that the only standing artifact is a five-minute memo every Monday.

    Access + verification

    Brand workshop

    Forty-five minutes on Zoom. ICP, hero product, margins, founder camera comfort, hard nos. Recap document goes out the same day; it locks creative direction for the first 60 days.

    Day 4 – 30

    Launch + first month

    Two tracks run in parallel through month one. Paid is set up and live first. Social content briefs follow, then your uploads, then a full calendar ready to publish by day 30.
