6 month minimum
Running from signature. Paid search needs enough consecutive months to leave the learning phase and enough booked jobs to tell you anything. Under six months you would be paying us to run an experiment that never finishes.
This is the page to screenshot and send to whoever else has to sign off. Nothing here is different on a call.
There are two ways in, and they work differently enough that it matters which one you are reading about. The AI packages are month to month and buy no advertising at all. The marketing package adds a paid channel, on a six month term, with the ad spend on your own card.
Everything further down this page is one of these two. Where a rule only applies to one of them, it says so.
$500 to set it up, $500 a month. Or $1,500 to set it up, $1,500 a month.
$2,500 to set it up, $3,500 a month. Plus $2,500 of ad spend, on your own card.
The work, all of it. Where advertising is involved, the ad spend itself is a separate number that never passes through us, and how that works is the next section down.
Ad spend goes on your card, direct to the ad platforms. We never touch your money.
The ad account is yours. The card on it is yours. The tracking is in your name. The leads are in your system. If you stop working with us tomorrow, you keep all of it and nothing has to be handed back, because none of it was ever ours.
The fee and the ad spend are two separate numbers. You pay us the fee. You pay the platforms what the platforms cost. We never invoice you for media and we never hold a balance.
The smallest spend we will start on is $2,500 a month. Below that a single channel does not book enough jobs in a month for the campaigns to have anything to learn from, and you would be paying us to manage something too small to read.
Live within 14 days of signature and access. Ads, landing page, tracking and the full follow up layer including text.
The clock starts when both exist, not when one does. We need the ad account, the analytics and the phone system.
Campaigns, landing page, tracking, call routing, and the response layer wired end to end and tested with a real phone.
Ads serving, forms firing, texts sending. Day 14 at the latest.
Every lead and every search term read by hand. This is where the first round of waste comes out.
Read only access to your ad account and your analytics is requested at audit stage rather than at signature. That is what makes the 14 days possible: by the time you sign, we have already seen the account and the build starts on day one instead of day six.
None of this applies to the two AI packages. Those are month to month: cancel any time, at least 7 days before the next billing date, with no term, no notice period beyond that and no buyout.

Give 30 days written notice at any point and you buy out the rest of the term at half the monthly fee, paid on the normal cycle. It is a buyout, not a penalty. It exists so you are never trapped, and it is priced so that leaving is a decision rather than a reflex.
We put renewal in front of you at day 120. If it is not agreed by day 150, the term ends at day 180 and that is that. There is no automatic new term. Silence ends the contract, it does not extend it.
Billed monthly on the 1st. The first charge is taken at signature and is prorated to the days left in that month, so signing on the 20th costs you 11 days and not a month. Six full charges follow it. There is no invoice to chase and no partial month to argue about, and your term ends on the last day of a month rather than in the middle of one.
The ad account, the card, the tracking, the leads, the landing page domain. We get access to what is yours. You never get access to something of ours that stops working when the contract does.
