Packages

Three packages. One flat fee each.

Each one contains the one below it. Two of them need no advertising at all. The third adds a paid channel on top. Every one carries a single number, never a range.

No ad spend

Answer what already comes in

Month to month, and neither one buys any advertising. Most businesses start here, because it is the cheapest thing to be sure about.

Front Desk
$500/ month

Plus $500 once, to set it up. No ad spend.

Nothing that comes in gets missed.

  • Answers every call you do not pick up, at any hour, and books the job during the call.
  • Answers real questions from a knowledge base built out of your own words.
  • Price, insurance, emergencies and unhappy customers stop it and get a person.
  • Instant reply to every web form fill, usually inside a minute.
  • A chat widget on your existing site, answered by the same assistant.
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours, and no show recovery.
  • A transcript, a recording and a summary of every call, in a dashboard you log into.
  • Every month we read the conversations, fix what it got wrong and retune it.
AI Operations
$1,500/ month

Plus $1,500 once, to set it up. No ad spend.

Nothing already inside your business gets left there.

  • Everything in Front Desk.
  • Quote and estimate follow up over 30 days once you mark a quote as sent, with the replies handled and the visit rebooked. It stops as soon as that customer contacts you. Price negotiation always goes to a person.
  • Database reactivation: your past customers and dead quotes, worked on a seasonal calendar rather than blasted.
  • Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, chat and email, all answered by the same assistant in one inbox.
  • A review engine. Four and five star replies can post automatically once you sign off the tone. Three stars and below always wait for a human.
  • A recruiting screen: applicants call a dedicated number, get screened against your criteria, and the good ones book an interview.
  • Bookings pushed into the software your crew actually opens, whether that is ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber.
  • A monthly report on what came in and what happened to it, plus a deeper tuning pass.
  • A 30 minute call on the calendar every month.
Ad spend on your card

Or go and get more of it

Six month term. The fee covers the work. The ad spend goes on your own card, direct to the ad platforms, and never through us.

Marketing Department
$3,500/ month

Plus $2,500 once, to set it up. Ad spend $2,500 a month, on your own card. All in, $6,000 a month.

And more people call you in the first place.

  • Everything in AI Operations, which is everything in Front Desk as well.
  • One paid channel, built and run. Google Search or Meta, whichever actually fits your trade, and we will tell you which.
  • Landing page built and hosted.
  • Conversion, call and form tracking, with booked jobs imported back into the ad platform so the reporting runs on work won rather than clicks bought.
  • Lead quality reviewed and fed back into the campaigns, so the spend moves toward the calls that actually book.
  • Creative direction for the ads: the copy, and the shot list and direction for anything you film. We direct, you or your own crew shoot.
  • Written report every month, plus a live dashboard login.
  • A 45 minute call on the calendar every month.

The same on both AI packages

  • Month to month. There is no minimum term and no buyout.
  • Cancel any time, at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  • The monthly fee starts the day you go live, not the day you sign.
  • The setup fee is charged at signature. It is not refundable and it is not waived.
  • 500 voice minutes a month included on Front Desk and 1000 on AI Operations. That is fair use, not a meter that cuts off. Past it, $0.35 a minute.
  • No advertising, and no ad spend required.
  • You keep your number, your carrier and your bill. We never port a number.
  • Calls are answered by an AI assistant. It says so at the start of every call, and says the call is recorded, before it asks anything.
  • Everything delivered by text waits on carrier approval of the number, which can take up to two weeks and is outside our control. Everything else is live in days, and those notifications go by email until it clears.
  • The recordings, transcripts and summaries are yours. We do not train anything on them, and if you leave you take them with you.
  • My phone number and email, for anything that will not wait for the call. I get back to you as soon as I can.

On the marketing package

  • $2,500 setup at signature. It is the AI Operations build plus the campaign build, the landing page and the tracking, which is why it is higher than the $1,500 on AI Operations.
  • 6 month minimum term. It runs from signature to the end of the sixth full calendar month, so it never finishes mid cycle.
  • Leave early with 30 days notice and buy out the rest at half the fee.
  • Renewal offered at day 120, agreed by day 150, or the term ends at day 180. No automatic new term.
  • Billed monthly on the 1st. The first charge is taken at signature and is prorated to the days left in that month, so you never pay a full month for a part month.
  • Ad spend on your card, direct to the ad platforms. We never touch your money.
  • Ad account, tracking and leads in your name from day one.
  • Live within 14 days of signature and access.
  • My phone number and email, for anything that will not wait for the call. I get back to you as soon as I can.

How to pick one

Nearly everyone should start at Front Desk. It is the cheapest way to stop losing work you are already winning, and it does not need you to spend anything on advertising to find out.

Move to AI Operations when the phone is handled and there is money sitting unworked inside the business: the quotes nobody chased, the customers nobody called back, the reviews nobody asked for.

Marketing Department is for when both of those are running and the constraint is that not enough people are calling in the first place. It is AI Operations plus one paid channel, and the order matters. Advertising into a business that does not answer its phone is a way to spend money and get angrier.

We would rather put you a package lower and be asked to move up than take the bigger number and defend it in month three.

When we would say no

If your phone is quiet, Front Desk has nothing to catch and we will say so rather than sell it to you. That is the most common reason we turn somebody away.

If you want the assistant to quote prices, it never will, at any package. That is deliberate and it does not change.

We do not work in HIPAA covered verticals yet. Medical, dental, chiropractic, physical therapy, med spa and mental health are outside what we take on today, because every call is recorded and transcribed and those settings hold that data to a standard we have not built for. Attorneys, insurance and financial advice are out for the same reason: the assistant would be one question away from a regulated answer.

There is no bigger package on this page on purpose. A second channel, or more than the ad spend shown, is a conversation and a quote rather than a number we publish, because at that point the scope is genuinely different every time.

Not sure which one, or whether any of them

For the two marketing packages, that is what the audit is for. It runs your numbers, not an average, and it ends with which one we would actually put you on and why. For Front Desk there is no audit: it is a 15 minute call where you hear one built on your own website and decide from that.
