The Front Desk protects the revenue coming toward you. This goes and gets the revenue already sitting inside the business: the quotes nobody chased, the customers nobody called back, the reviews nobody asked for, the applicants nobody screened.
$1,500 to set it up, $1,500 a month. No advertising and no contract. It contains everything in the Front Desk, so it replaces that package rather than sitting alongside it.
The Front Desk is inbound and reactive. This is outbound and proactive.
That distinction is the whole argument for the price, and it is worth being blunt about. If this were just more of what you already have for three times the money, you should not buy it, and you would be right not to.
It is not. An owner quotes ten jobs, closes three, and never chases the other seven. Recovering one of those on a job of any size pays for months of this package, and it is measurable from day one, because quotes sent against quotes closed is a number you already have and can check without trusting us.
Seven components
Everything in the Front Desk, plus these
The first one is the money item and the rest support it.
Quote and estimate follow up
Mark a quote as sent, from your job software or with one click, and it enters a follow up sequence over the next 30 days. It handles the replies, answers questions about scope and timing, and rebooks a visit if that is what is needed. It stops the moment that customer contacts you on any channel, so nobody gets chased for a job they already said yes to. Price negotiation goes to you, every time, without exception.
Database reactivation
Your past customers, segmented and worked on a seasonal calendar rather than blasted. Gutters before fall, tune ups before summer, inspections on the anniversary of the job, and a separate track for dead quotes older than 90 days.
Every inbox, one inbox
Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, Google Business Profile messages, web chat and email, all answered by the same assistant and all landing in one place. You stop checking five apps.
The review engine
A request after every completed job, and a drafted response to every review that comes in. Four and five star replies can post automatically once you sign off the tone. Three stars and below always wait for a human, and always will.
Recruiting screen
Applicants call or text a dedicated number and get screened against your criteria: licenses, years, clean driving record, availability, tools owned. The good ones book an interview slot. The rest get a polite decline and are logged.
Into the software you already run
Bookings and contact records pushed into ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber or whatever your crew actually opens in the morning, so the work lands where the work happens.
Reporting, and a deeper monthly pass
What came in and what happened to it: calls answered and booked, quotes followed and recovered, reactivations sent, reviews requested, applicants screened. Plus a longer tuning session than the Front Desk gets.
What earns, and from when
Most of it pays from the first week
Two of the three below need nothing already sitting in your business. The third does, and if you have not got it yet, it starts on the list this builds for you rather than being a reason to turn you away.
01
Quotes that go out and go quiet
The money item, and it works from the first week. It needs no history at all, just quotes leaving the business and a click to say one went out. Recovering one on a job of any size pays for months of this, and quotes sent against quotes closed is a number you already have and can check without trusting us.
02
Every inbox, reviews, and hiring
Also from the first week, and also needing nothing to already be there. Messenger, Instagram, Google Business Profile, chat and email in one place, a review request after every completed job, and applicants screened before they reach you.
03
A past customer list, whenever you have one
Reactivation is the one part that needs something already sitting there. If you have a few hundred past customers, it starts on those. If you do not, it starts on the ones the assistant books from here, which arrive with consent attached and are a cleaner list than most businesses have. That part earns later rather than never.
A deliberate refusal
It will not call your old customers
Reactivation runs on text and email. Never on an outbound AI voice call.
Outbound is where the TCPA actually bites. The FCC ruled in February 2024 that an AI generated voice counts as an artificial or prerecorded voice, which means an outbound call using one needs prior express consent, on top of state calling statutes and disclosure rules that differ state to state.
We are not going to find out where that line sits using your customer list. Every AI voice interaction we sell is inbound, answering somebody who chose to call you, and that is a deliberate limit rather than a missing feature. Outbound voice is the obvious next thing to build and it does not ship until it has been reviewed properly.
The price
What it costs
$1,500a month
plus $1,500 once, to set it up.
No contract. No ad spend. Nothing else to buy.
The monthly fee starts the day you go live, not the day you sign.
Cancel any time, at least 7 days before the next billing date. No term and no buyout.
1000 voice minutes a month are included, against 500 on the Front Desk. Fair use, not a meter that cuts off. Past it, $0.35 a minute.
The setup fee builds all of it: the follow up sequences, the reactivation calendar, every inbox wired into one place, the review engine, the recruiting screen, and the connection into whatever field service software your crew opens in the morning. We check yours has a usable path before you sign rather than after.
Roughly half the scope here is text based, so it waits on carrier approval of your number. That can take up to two weeks. We would rather you heard that now than in week two.
Who this is not for
Anyone who has not got the Front Desk half handled first. This contains it, so there is no reason to buy both, but there is every reason to start with the cheaper one.
Anyone who wants us to send to a bought list, or to contacts who never agreed to hear from them. We will not, and that is not negotiable. Contacts the assistant books carry consent from the start, so the list you build with it is clean.
Anyone who will not sign off on the tone of a review response. That sign off is what makes automatic replies safe.
Anyone who wants the AI to make outbound calls. We do not do that, deliberately, and the reason is below.
Not sure whether there is enough sitting there to be worth it?
That is exactly what the 15 minutes is for. Bring how many quotes you sent last quarter and how many closed, and we can work it out on the call.
