60 minutes · on Zoom · your kickoff

The working session.
Where the plan gets built.

The first session after you sign. For Shopify brands, this is the brand workshop that locks creative direction. For service businesses, it’s the scoping call that locks your qualified-appointment definition and service area. Same hour, same calendar, two tracks. By the end the first 60 days are mapped and the build starts.

The hour, mapped

Two tracks. One calendar.

Whichever side you're on, the structure is the same: lock the fundamentals, build the plan, set the targets. The questions differ. The outcome is the same.

If you run a Shopify brand

The brand workshop.

Your kickoff session. We turn the two things we'd ship first into a concrete 60-day plan your operator could run from.

01

Brand, offer, and audience

Who actually buys, why, and what the next 1,000 buyers look like. Where your hero product fits in their week. What the offer needs to feel like in an ad.

02

The first two campaigns

Account structure, creative angles, the testing budget, and what good looks like in the first 30 days. Specific enough that you can picture the first week.

03

Tracking, attribution, and the baseline

Pixel and CAPI status, and how we baseline your pre-existing revenue so the percentage in your agreement only ever applies to campaigns we build and run.

If you run a service business

The scoping call.

Your kickoff session. We lock the operating details so the per-appointment terms in your agreement are unambiguous from day one.

01

Service area and lead qualification

Exact zip codes or counties. Customer value range. What disqualifies a lead in your business (jobs you don't take, deals you won't quote, geographies you won't serve).

02

The four-part qualified definition, tuned to you

Booked through our landing page, kept, in your service area, real and reachable. We adjust the wording to your industry so disputes never come up later.

03

Calendar, CRM, and the pipeline

How bookings push into your existing tools. The shared GHL pipeline you'll see. How qualified appointments get logged against the per-appointment terms you already signed.

What you walk away with

Three outputs.
All on paper.

The workshop isn't a discovery call dressed up. It produces real artifacts. You leave with everything the build needs to start on day one.

01

A plan you could hand to anyone.

By the end of the hour you have a written one-pager: what we'd run, on what budget, with what creative direction, against what target.

02

A locked brief.

Creative direction, hero product, and hard nos, written down and agreed. For service businesses, the qualified-appointment definition and service area, locked. It anchors the next 60 days.

03

A start date.

We set when the build begins and what each of us owns first. Ads live by week two, against the brief we just locked, not a blank page.

Common questions before the workshop

A few things worth knowing first.

01When does this happen?
After you've signed. The workshop is the first working session of your engagement, usually within a few days of signing. The audit, strategy call, proposal, and agreement all come before it.
02Is the fee set on this call?
No. Your fee is already set in the agreement you signed: a percentage of campaign revenue, or a flat amount per qualified appointment. The workshop is about the work, not the terms. We don't renegotiate at kickoff.
03What do I need to have ready?
For Shopify: read access to your ad accounts, last 90 days of Shopify revenue, and your top three product SKUs. For service businesses: your current cost per lead, average customer value, and the geographies you serve. Having it ready makes the hour denser.
04What if I'm in between (a Shopify brand that also runs service-style appointments, or vice versa)?
Pick whichever fits closer. We'll route the conversation on the call. Hybrid models are common and the model adapts. We don't force you into one bucket.
05Can I bring my partner, operator, or marketing lead?
Yes. Bring whoever owns the decision and whoever owns the execution. Two people is normal. More than four and the working session turns into a presentation, which isn't what this is.
06How is this different from the strategy call?
The strategy call, before you signed, decided whether there was a fit and what we'd run at a high level. The workshop, after signing, turns that into the actual build plan. Strategy call is 30 minutes and pre-agreement; the workshop is 60 minutes and the first step of the engagement.
